How to Import Messages with Outlook
This walk though will show you how to import mail in Outlook 2010
Click File, Open, and then import
Select Import from another program or file from the list
Now click Next
Select Outlook Data File (.pst) from the list
Select the file you want to import
Select the option you want for handling duplicate items
Select the folder(s) you wish to import.
If you want to include subfolders, ensure there is a checkmark in the box.
Select the E-Mail account you wish to import the mail to.
You will be returned to the Outlook main view.
You should now see the imported mail
